mark4newman
Give Banner Batteries a ring on 01889 571100, they will tell you your nearest stockist. (and get a battery conditioner while you're at it!) Su77on Se7enS M100EOW....

Kermit the K
Hi Jerry, no, havn't been to any club meets, not realy a "clubby" person! Only had my Caterham since last summer, although I've wanted one forever.(got photos of myself at the factory 18 years ago!). Located in the middle of nowhere, near Tiverton, just waiting for the roads to dry and get less salty! Cheers, Kermit the K
Dartmoor7
Halfway between the Lydford and Taunton meets. If you ever see a metallic blue/flared wing car, reg L7 SVN, that's me. I'm in Ashburton. Jerry Parker L7SVN 1.4 Supersport
Kermit the K
I'll look out for you, I'm in an anniversary green, cycle wing 1.6K, reg P451 GTF. I may try to come to a meet in the spring, might not bother investing in a new battery 'till then. Thanks for the info on Banner, & battery conditioners folks. Robster
My tiny Banner battery has died, but I am thinking of replacing it with something a bit bigger...they are so small that they struggle to turn over a high compression engine...has anyone considered putting a larger non-banner in? Why does everyone use Banner...I know that they are OE fitted, please let me know how many amp hours they are as the label has come off mine. Nick VVC
Robster, Not sure which one you mean by 'Tiny' battery - mine on a K series is (I think) a standard size - fills the battery tray - and is rated at 30AH. Nick
