  1. You are correct Wild Bill the tee goes before the filter infact I would put it near the end of the tank the branch goes to the side connection on the fuel pressure reg then install a pipe onto the bottom connection and run back as a return to the top of the tank. You can then do away with the fuel return line from the engine bay.
  2. 1. it is personal preference regarding the positioning of the airfilter some like it parallel with the top rail some like it parallel with the TB`s I fall into the latter camp. Just keep the front edge as low as possible. 2. Run to your oil catch tank 3. Have to get backto you on this my notes are not with me , however you need three wires , one switched live and two ignition drivers from the ECU. 4. the tapped hole into the oil filter housing is 12mm X 1.5mm pitch. Cheerio Rob
  3. Hi david, its is for an EU2 install.
  4. A simpler thing to check Paul is if the Fans are rotating the correct direction. If they have had the connections reversed they will be blowing into the incoming air stream and drawing excessive current. If it is a short circuit then i would have expected a fuse to blow or fireworks. Rob
  5. Alternator for the K series install , in good working order £40 plus post or could deliver to Oulton Park TD on the 14th July Tel Rob on 07963 834138
  6. Dave , I was unable to find out what the paint code was despite numerous phone calls " Hamish could not find the paint sample swatch he did for the car". The pearlescent Ruby Red is definately a Suzuki colour and the Stripe is Peugeot Gris Futura as per Robs post. Rob
  7. Mal, Try Moss in Bristol. Rupert handley has a spare hub and I have some discs both new and secondhand tel 0117 9239941. The upright and stub axle are triumph GT6 I think. John Freeth will help you and also could supply. Rob Edited by - Rob Walker on 8 Jun 2009 17:39:00

David, I am interested in the rocker cover can you describe it, is it plastic any chance of a photo. Rob
  12. The 45`s need much less fettling to match to the ports and can flow more air.
  13. John, Whoes engine mounts are you using? If you are running the standard length input shaft with the standard bellhousing you wont be able to fit the Raceline engine mounts as they will move the engine and box back 18mm , just a thought. Rob Edited by - Rob Walker on 7 May 2009 08:29:43
  14. Have you remembered to connect the injector sub loom to the engine loom? Edited by - Rob Walker on 26 Apr 2009 16:35:40
  15. Darren, I am interested in the CF airfilter backplate, can you tell me what the offset is please. Rob
  16. I have for sale one alternator for the K series EU2 install. I want £40 for it , buyer collects or pays postage Tel 0117 9239941 Rob
  17. Sounds like the release arm has bent. A common problem on early DS kit. trouble is its an engine out job to replace the bent arm with the uprated replacement. Could be worth fitting a clutch over travel stop to prevent it happening again in the future ☹️ Rob Edited by - Rob Walker on 17 Apr 2009 18:47:03
  18. Yes I would say 10.9 or above. However its worth noting 1. that not all bolts are marked and 2. UNF bolts have letters rating their strength. Parts dept should be open tomorrow morning till 11.30. Rob
  19. No the original rear pads to fit the seirra calipers were a Lucas pad with the blue spots.
  20. performance braking 01600 713117. I would not fit RS15`s though unless you are 100% circuit racing, RS14 work better on a Seven . Edited by - Rob Walker on 5 Apr 2009 20:34:29
  21. You can remove the spider with a drift and light hammer blows, be sure to mark its position on the splines before you remove. I now prefer to use a 3 legged pulley drawer to remove the spider available from Machine Mart for a tenner. A filthy job enjoy 😬
  22. Sounds like the AICV is stuck open and allowing too much air through making the start up mixture weak. I have had this problem several times. Take the AICV too bits and clean it & ub with WD40. Rob
