If somebody can find a suitable image in keeping with the others on this site (size and style) then I'll get it added. I have yet to find one that fits and just pointing me at a page of 10 million emoticons doesn't help.

At the moment there are 2 places that record you as having joined an area. One on the old website which manages the emailing to you from the area rep and one on the new website that shows events, etc. in your profile for the areas you have joined.
There is an onging project to move the "email area members" function to the new website so that "joining" an area has more functionality. We'll announce the changes properly once they are ready.

Video quality not great, but
my T1. -
I had a Clarke CIR220 that did the job but eventually the batteries died. It was pretty heavy as well. A good review of wrenches here. I have just treated myself to the Dewalt one which is very good and much lighter.

I will be there - just got to post my entry this week.

My entry form is filled in and will be in the post early next week :-)

It is. Arriving Saturday and there for Saturday night/Sunday. New gas BBQ on board

Something strange definitely happened with this thread but I don't know why. If I get any further reports of this happening, I'll get NDP to investigate.

The 2001 diagrams in the Guides section should be pretty good for a 2000 model year car. They were pretty accurate for my EU2 1997 Superlight.

Very tidy Simon.

Where have you been Simon? Last year we went in July to try and get some dry sunny weather.
The new website has a useful thing called a calendar - all the sprint events are on there

I've not been able to get the pictures to load at full resolution either. I'll have to go back to the developers on that and the PDN issue above.

You try deploying 260bhp in those conditions

I used an old damaged bonnet and cut an over large hole in it using a jigsaw. I then made an accurate cardboard template and transferred that to the new bonnet which I covered in masking tape around the area to be cut. I used a jigsaw to cut the new hole, finished with a file to remove the burrs and then stuck some u-channel trim strip onto it. I left a slight gap around the filter to make it easier to get the bonnet on and off and reduce rubbing.

That's weird - which browser/OS? I've just checked on Safari (which I used to write the guide) and on Windows 8/Explorer 11. My Windows machine has paint.net and opened the downloaded file.
Can you right click and download?

Hi Andrew - I've set this up as a separate guide for now. Please check that I have understood your intention correctly and that the links work as you expect. If it's OK then I'll update the other guide to link to this new one.

Hi Andy - could you send me a hi-res version of picture 8 and is it OK for me to publish it on this site in the news section?

Happy to upload further documents if you send them to me and there are no copyright issues.

About 4 litres into the tank and then about a litre into the cam cover was how I was told. If you put too much through the cam cover you'll fill the cylinders with oil
It might take a bit less than 5 litres depending on how much you got out. -
We've got a set of Titon ones from Simon, set up to adjust quickly for me and Gill.

I'm waiting for a reply from the developers but it looks like a major permissions update is in progress. Will keep you all posted.
