  1. I did a similar one but instead of aluminum tube I used black curtain wire. I secured it using tie wraps and I stitched the black insect screen to it..S
  2. Thanks Stu, those are the ones I used. I'm not sure if there is an advantage. It's the way I chose. I bonded the bigheads below the wing stay. I drilled small holes in the flaps and married them to the bigheads. I did put Sikaflex on the flaps as well and the large stainless washers and a lock nut. I guess it was a belt and braces approach. One thing worth mentioning is not to be tempted to have them too long. I was told that someone did and when they reversed the flap went under them wheel ripping the wing off. S
  3. Tom, my wings are bonded. I bonded two bigheads onto the wings and fixed the mudflaps on those. So far, so good. S
  4. I have for sale a new heated screen with polished frame. £492 from Caterham. I'd like £295. I will the going to the Graham Nearn Memorial and can deliver it there.

  11. John, I was in a similar situation a few years ago. I sold them on Ebay to a guy with a Robin Hood. I think I got about £240 for 5. It was a much wider market than just Caterham owners.
  12. It is now October and I was told this 'breadcrumb' problem would be fixed. It doesn't appear that it has. Stewart
  13. Softbits draught reducer for S3 with leather/cloth seats. Good condition £65.00 Softbits Sprint tunnel bag. Good condition £35.00 Both plus p&p
  14. Mark, I'd seen your advert on Pistonheads and it had interested me. However, I have a car to sell, which is also on Pistonheads and now on Ebay. Sadly, I've had very little interest. Have you had the same experience? I wonder if Caterhams are selling. The fact that there are well over 200 Caterhams for sale now as opposed to about 50 when I bought mine 4 years ago bears this out. Looks a a lovely car. Good luck. Stewart

  17. This is all immaterial. The changes have altered how navigation is made between forums, headings and postings. I will reserve judgement on whether merging ages is effective.
