Hi Paul
Very interested. Drop me an e-mail so we can start a dialogue. My e-mail address is in the front of Low Flying (ESV Manager).

As title.
Throttle bodies wanted. Jenvey or Caterham roller barrel for the potential upgrades on my 1.8 K.
Anybody got any surplus to requirements?
My contact details are in the front of Low Flying.

S type seats are the type that would normally be fitted to a car of your age.

Was the one I supplied of no use?

I assume the problem with displaying e-mail address is unwanted spam etc.
Not sure whether this would help, but you could include your contact details in the "About Me" section which I think is only visible to members. You could just show for a limited period (e.g. when you have something for sale). Unfortunately it wouldn't allow non members to contact you.
Similarly on a post you can include your e-mail in a non e-mail form e.g.
john dot smith at hot mail dot co dot uk
Happy to be shot down if these are of no use.

I've never done a blog, but I seem to have one with a picture of a car which has nothing to do with me.

Looks like we won't agree. There is the view:-
Why should I supply information to a freeloader who doesn't contribute anything to my club.

Same problem using my IPad.

It does have all it's instruments lit!

Interesting to know that Quaife supplied the fulcrums. Arch do indeed have the jigs to manufacture the wishbones, supports, pushrods etc. Bruce supplied some small replacement parts for me last year.

I understand it simply puts your profile pick on that area page. Unfortunately if you are an AR it puts you in as an Area Administrator even if it's not your area. A bug request has been raised.

Disagree.
Some members have advised that they will not be renewing as they can't see the point of paying membership when they can still access Tech Talk as a non member. Fact.
As far as attracting new members is concerned, the site has a section on "Guides" which indicate the amount of technical info available to members. Similarly the "Why become a member" section sets out the benefits of membership. Perhaps we should make it even more clear in there that there is a Tech Talk forum available.

I found it a useful facility and was frustrated when users didn't include the info.
However, User can show ttheir location and more in the "About Me" section. The info would then be just one click away. We need to encourage users to show this info especially if they are seeking help or looking for a sale.

Constipation?

They are standard on CSR of course. There was a kit produced by Freestyle, for the S3 and SV but it is no longer available. Is there another option you are thinking of?

If you want to switch between aero and full screen just leave the wiper mechanism and motor in place and simply remove the arms/blades. Removing wiper motor etc. is a major hassle and involves removal of scuttle.

Spotted in the centre of Paris BRG 7 reg. no. VUG7X. A brave man to drive A 7 with such crazy driving standards around.

Quoting Erngor:I need to replace my tunnel top on my K series (central handbrake type), the mice have chewed the leather away around the handbake and gearlever
Do you need to replace it? These are expensive and Oxted can possibly repair at much less cost. give them a ring.

Can you put a jack under the sump and gently lift the engine enough to lift the steel
threaded core out of the rubber so that you can grip it with something and then remove the half inch bolt.

Quoting finmac:Need to remove my rear arches for repaint, so need to drill out and re rivet the internal panels. Wondering what size rivets do I need to buy and a recommendation for a decent supplier?
Cheers!
Why do you need to remove internal panels? It's not necessary to remove rear wings. You will need some for stone guards.
