Yes. I’ve changed them. Easy job.

Snail mail. Will use it as part of a future experiment to fit a top hose thermostat and a laminova.
-
Yes. It's from a k series. It's the water rail from cylinder head to top hose. I'll take it. Let me know what cost of post and packing is. I have sent you a blatmail.

Stu. I may have one. It’s a 7/16th UNF bolt. I’ll have a look later.

Lift onto 4 axle stands as suggested. Alternatively if you do not have 4 axle stands and as you are working on seat mounts raise up the car and put blocks or similar under the wheels.

Andrew. You have mail.

Rear anti roll bar wanted to suit S3.

Sounds more like a cracked or dodgy engine mount.

If you are referring to the steering arms that form part of the rack. I suggest you obtain some of the split plastic pipe that is normally white and used to cover central heating pipes next to the radiator. Cut it to length and either paint it black or cover with carbon tape and simply clip over the arm. Looks smart.

Thanks for your replies.

Anybody got a copy or link to the Caterham workshop notice for removal of the charcoal canister?
-
Sounds like it could be the k series “click”. Usually happens when hot. Could you hear a click from the MFRU (black wedge shaped block near or under ECU) when starter button pressed? Check with fly lead as SM25T suggests and if it works fit a relay. Message me if you need instructions.

Sorry. Incorrect link shown above. Try

Hi Jig
Throttle cable for Sigma is a Rover one and similar to the one used on. K series 7 but longer. Correct cable is HERE. However I think I have a new one in my garage that you can have for £35.
I may also have a new alternator belt if you are interested but I'll have to check.

East Coast Fibre Glass Supplies for me. I used cable tie ones for the top ones and stud ones for the bottom.

Paul. Don't have the bleed valve open as you fill it. Fill via header tank and then replace cap. Then top up slowly via bleed valve. As you have a remote thermostat it should be fairly straight forward with less chance of an airlock than with the normal thermostat set up.

What Jonathan says. Switch hazards on and off a few times. Normally cures it.

Difficult to diagnose without actually hearing it, but it doesn't seem like alternator belt if it is a regular squeak. Slipping alternator belt is normally a screech that will often go worse if you put more load on the battery i.e. turn on headlights, heated screen etc.
Could be alternator bearing or similar.

Yes. You need 8 ply trailer tyres which are designed for the job. Got mine from local independent tyre fitter.

Just count the turns.

I have a set of 14 inch wheels and a set of 13 inch wheels with good class 1 tyres.
Are half my tyres fitted the wrong way round??

Looking at your picture I think your tyres are fitted correctly.
