As an alternative to using the second locking collar you can rework the main collar, drill a radial hole and tap to M6 add a small piece of stiff rubber which contact the threads, and secure with small grubscrew which is coated in silicone grease. It's lighter too....

There's nothing wrong with Terry clips correctly fitted, if your using silicone hoses a smear of silicone grease in the inside of the clip reduces wrinkling.

The alloy hubs need a gentle waft with a blow torch and the outer races will drop out and the the ones drop in. Avoid tapping them out as you risk galling the alloy.

Don't mention the 'C' word when you ring to order them....

I use a clutch stop in a different form around the pushrod.

Mpre important is setting the correct height for the CSC in the bell housing... CC have hopefully got this sorted now as the ones I checked had wide variations on tolerances. If you initial set the clutch stroke short so It drags and resistance is felt on the gealeerver when trying to engage a stationary gear (early type9 box's the reverse ger would grate) Then adjust until the gears can be cleanly engaged maybe 1 full turn at a time on the stop. In this condition you won't over extend the CSC. Changing the clutch master cylinder for a .7 bore gives a shorter stroke and is a good upgrade. I have wilwood cylinders in for sale section if required.

The finger filter needs to be replaced with the soldered seam toward the rear ideally . You can buy excellent quality oil in bulk 20ltr containers at much more reasonable.prices. I use 10w/60 full ynthetic from Exol circa £87 for 20L.
