  4. Dartford composites used to be the suppliers of fibreglass components to CC. They use original moulds so the shape is good but the finish and thickness is not as good as those supplied by CC. However prices are significantly lower. Ideal for racing/track days /hillclimbing.
  5. I agree. Ive just had Arch fit all of these as threaded bosses. Caged will sell you a modified SLR cage direct, delivered, for considerably less.

  7. Chris We have left our car and trailer there before over the whole weekend from after the track day on the Friday. Usually lots of people camping. I tend to use the scrutineering shed for cover, just make sure you are there very early to move the car before they the scrutineers turn up each morning. Malcolm

  10. Rover flywheel locking tool and 1/2 AF six point and a helper to hold the engine still makes the task easy. Ive done the 12 point socket and oily is correct....

  12. Excellent first car. Loads of info here on Tech forum, search and ask. Arch motors for chassis/repanelling and restoration. TSK for paint. DVA power for K series engine. Road and Race for gearbox, diff and LSD. Freestyle Motorsport for suspension.
