  1. That link didn't work for me. Is it this? Jonathan
  2. To take place in Dumball 2015. Why this model? Taxi! And no, it isn't for me. :-) Jonathan
  3. After posting, I checked. (I know, wrong order.) It looks as if all the ones sold in the UK were 4 door, and there were a few with 2 doors sold elsewhere. Jonathan
  4. *arrowup*I think I know what you mean, but is your spelling checker overheating? :-) Jonathan
  5. Agree about the gold/ bronze. Four door version was produced later. PROBABLY WRONG: SEE BELOW. Jonathan Edited by - Jonathan Kay on 11 Sep 2014 15:59:36
  6. How old did it look? Could it have been a Tiger HS6? Jonathan
  7. What happens when you short out the wires to the sensor? We're at OX44 9DB: let me know if you need a garage to work in. Jonathan
  8. Try searching the Web for "belt overspool". Are they new and where did you buy them? If they are new I wouldn't open them up but would talk to the vendor. Jonathan
  9. This sounds obvious... but have you tried gentle unreeling while holding them at a range of angles to the vertical? Jonathan
  10. Any suggestions from that that you need more than a 13A supply in the garage? Jonathan
  11. I don't think there's a Yes/No answer to that. (Note topical reference.) Have a look at this thread, and Guy's and others' words of wisdom. Jonathan Edited by - Jonathan Kay on 10 Sep 2014 08:33:06
  12. Hex socket cap head bolts: http://hlmet.com/images/categories/inch_size_titanium_hex_socket_head_bolts.JPG. Jonathan
  13. Lots on this in the archives, but I'm not sure it's ever been resolved. This is probably the most helpful single thread. Jonathan
  14. Could you add a photo? Jonathan
  15. What sort are they and where and when did you buy them? Jonathan
  16. Have you got a part number? Have you tried Google Images? The top link leads to quite a lot of exploded diagrams. Jonathan Edited by - Jonathan Kay on 7 Sep 2014 17:32:17
  17. Quoting SM25T: Sump clearance on the 'Ring' ... sounds like a medical query !Every time I see the Subject I start thinking about lowered floors... ;-) Jonathan
  18. We're going to need a few more orders... Jonathan
  19. Does it look from the outside as if you are getting full travel on the valve? Lots of reports in the archives of some leakage through the valve even when it's "closed". Are you sure that it wasn't hot when closed before you reversed them? The direction shouldn't matter, but here's another example where it was said to. Suggestion that you can use one off an old Golf. 20. Well done. Jonathan PS: Quoting Juju: ... plastic metal (if ever there was an oxymoron...).Hmmm... is that an oxymoron or not? The derivation and current scientific meaning of plastic is something like able to be shaped/ keeps its shape. Edited by - Jonathan Kay on 6 Sep 2014 13:22:52
  21. I think that this thread has a link to it. Jonathan
  22. Thanks. I'd stick that in the thread Subject. Good luck Jonathan

  24. Can you get it up on stands, have a good look and post some photos? Jonathan
