    i've been using an optimate for the last 3 years for bikes & cars with no problems i think the airflow is similar jerry

    alex when "running in" the filler cap you need to push the cap firmly home before turning the key to squash the seal and it also helps to file the small dog-ear off the end of the key side ridge jerry

    coomb limit is 105dB @3/4 redline. however the meter is very sensitve, only just on limit with standard road cans on my ducati 916, my slr is much louder-haven't been to coombe with it

    alex no, i didn't roll it at all a friend of mine did it at a track day at bentwaters, happily i wasn't passengering so was able to drive him home in his nice bmw coupe (roof, heater) remainder in available as cheap rebuild project until grinnall come to take it away (next 2 weeks) jerry
