    takes the best part of 10minute to replace a 48mm TB by a 52. And it is a worth while upgrade Jack Emily, The Very Yellow 21
  7. It is what I am working on. You need to create a VVC conversion plug to connect the VVC. What I did is buy 2 dead ECU, remove the pluhgs and a freind of mine did the conversion plug. It is not a difficult job The Emerald K3 can drive the VVC mechanisme. Jack Emily, The Very Yellow 21

  16. If someone want to know how much to budget to rebuilt a 21 there are two alternative, DIY or Garage. Dave P will be along shortly I assume, meanwhile if any interested party want to drop me a mail on how much I have been quoted to stripped mine back to chassis component by a well known Lotus/Caterham specialist, and rebuilt it, please drop me a mail.   20. My oil sender has the same symptoms as yours, it was quite scary at the time but know I often check the oil level. I don't want to go for the mechanical gauge because I want to keep the same dials. I think the company based in Wallingford does an oil sender which might be better than the OEM one which I might try later this year. Regarding the fan, the one I have sitting in the garage can nearly lift it self of the bench! I think it this one Spal fan VA09-54A hope this helps Jack Emily, The Very Yellow 21
