I have a similar issue, I think When I turn the ignition off, the engine will keep running for about 30s to a minute until it splutters and die. Very stange, and I still haven't find out why, but I presume there is an electrical issue somewhere. Jack Emily, The Very Yellow 21

Hi I'm planning to start the car this weekend for the first time after fitting a new battery. When I checked the oil level yesterday (bell housing tank) I cannot see any oil in the tank. I cannot see a puddle underneath the car so the oil must be in there somewhere but where? Should it have stayed in the tank? Thanks for the help Jack Emily, The Very Yellow 21

You can keep the VVC mech and fit an Emerald and Jenvey's or RB. I have RB on mine and despite a very leaky bottom end the engine produce close to 160 bhp. the average leak down is in the region of 25% so I might end up with a 200bhp VVC engine 😬 Jack Emily, The Very Yellow 21
