  1. I always use an old first motion shaft (input shaft for the younger members), cannot get on with the plastic carp ones as they allow too much play and don’t align properly. R&R always have a few old ones hanging about.
  2. Speak to Chris at REDLINE
  3. Evening David I fitted one about a year ago, very simple took about 30 minutes. No real issues (I don’t have a steering lock) but just be careful passing it through the top and bottom bushes, I sprayed mine liberally with Silicone spray and it slide in nicely 😜 Really pleased with the Go-Race unit, no play whatsoever unlike the LifeLine I replaced. Guy
  4. SORRY completely forgot, I will try and get the nose off & vernier on it later.
  5. Thanks for the correction John, it would be very difficult to change gear if the selector shaft was in the bottom of the box 🤭
  6. As JK says this is quite common, normally leaks from the end of the selector shaft, I had R&R fit a cover over the shaft, no leaks since.
  7. It can be done but replacement uprights & lower wishbones are required & some say it “upsets” the geometry (castor), Give me some time for the dimensions (wife wants to go out for a meal ).
  8. That’s completely different to my (old) set up, my ARB went through the link & had a bolt & Y9 bush like Paul _w’s drawings so this probably won’t help 😟
  9. These drawings were given to me by John at Redline about 20years ago, they are for imperial S3 with sticks.I hope they help. Guy
  10. I went through this exercise a couple of years ago and after a lot of research I purchased the Caterham specific Scroth harnesses which CC fit to their race cars. I was advised by Dave Kimberly at Demon Tweeks and many helpful members on here, I am very pleased with them, they where big money but DaveK gave me a good deal and they have proved to be well worth the extra cash. Easy to adjust, soft webbing and removable buckles amongst other features and the Luke/Caterham 6 point crutch straps fit the Scroth buckle.. Trying to post link to original post, give me a minute 😃 TRY THIS
  11. I thought the OP was wanting to change to mechanical 🤔
  12. Am I missing something here, why not use the aerosol ACF50?
  13. Great new web site & forum, well done to all involved. One small point though in areas & groups, when I click on ReHaB then ReHaB news I see the information for the Northants Beds and Bucks Area meetings. Trivial but I thought it needed pointing out. Guy
  14. Interested in this as I am intending to replace all my fuel lines to run run E10 fuel, but don’t want to have to buy two different types of hose. So what are the specifications for hose suitable for E10 petrol on high pressure injection systems? Please Guy
  15. £359 each? Madness should have gone to Specsavers.
  16. Before I indulged myself in the extravagance of paying £45 for the Gemzoe tool I made my own out of an old wheel nut & stud. But like SamC's suggestion, it is prone to slipping unlike the Gemzoe one.
  17. Another vote for the Gemzoe splitter, great little tool.
  18. Reply #30 I have not gone quite, just busy Googling "nefarious".
  19. As above, why would you? My average track day mileage (sessions) is less that 150 miles per day so pretty pointless and unethical in my opinion.
  20. This is amazing, I have never known anything like it, the suspense is killing me.
  21. I don't have much knowledge of Sigma installations but I can't see CC doing this sort of thing, easier to source an alternative center plate. But I have been known to be wrong in the past
