  1. Must be easy to get out, just release the belts and fall out of the side
  2. I got black flagged that day as well (200bhp Zetec). Never had a problem before (static 93db) but changed from twin K&N's to a Pipercross on my Jenvey's over the winter. According to the marshal who removed the noise test sticker there are 3 metering points, one on the R/H/S of the hill going up to Druids, one on the outside of the exit at Clearways and one "out the back somewhere". I would suggest with a Duratec it was exhaust noise climbing up to Druids.
  3. Tazio, Richard’s advice is good, don’t use exposed thread length as a guide. I have just replaced my TRE’s & set the camber to 1.5 and there is a difference of about 4 turns left to right!
  4. I have a twin axle PRG Mini Sport with a MGW OF 1500Kgs. The tyres are 10" 8 ply with a load rating of 79 and I run them at 38psi. Using Chris's link to the calculator it comes out at 39 so about right & it tows well, but I do tow it with a brick
  5. I took part in a night blat through the West End & City a few years ago, it was dreadful. Too many 20 zones, too many sets of lights, night buses that don’t seem/want to be able to see a 7, too many cameras many of which are in or near the tunnels we crave I could go on but suffice to say I would NEVER do it again. 6. PM sent again Paul, there seems to me a problem with the Blatchat messaging
  7. Paul, PM sent with details. Thanks Guy
  8. Good morning, Paul has first dibs and he will be getting back to me later today. If he doesn't want them I will offer them to Mark and then z7. Thank you for your interest. Cheers Guy
  9. I have three spare tickets for Wings & Wheels on 15/16 June (Fathers Day), the last ever one and will feature the Red Arrows, Eurofighter Typhoon, Battle of Britain Memorial flight and much more https://www.wingsandwheels.net/whatson These are adult tickets and valid for either day. The face value is £30 and I would like £20 each or £50 for all 3 including first class recorded delivery.
  10. Thank you Steve, they are indeed M10 x 1.0 pitch
  11. Thanks Jonathan, nothing conclusive so I will order 2 of each.
  12. I need to get hold of 2 x steering rack T/R End NYLOC's, I think they are M10 but are they fine pitch 1.25 or are they extra fine 1.0 pitch? To my untrained eye I would say 1.25. TIA
  13. Bit of a long shot I know but has anyone got a set (4) ali 45 x 90mm trumpets to suite 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies they no longer require? Guy

  15. Yes LED I have tested it with a 470 resistor but it seems a bit dim (the light not me )
  16. I want to use a Lifeline fog light as a brake light but it's too bright, I have witnessed this following people with them on track days, it's really distracting but I read somewhere that a resistor should be fitted, does anyone know which resistor should be used?
  17. Roger - Thank you Caesar (David) - Sorry I'm going to hang on to them in case I cannot get replacements and have to re use them.
  18. I removed the anti-squeal shims a long time ago, I just stick some Gaffer Tape to the back of the pad. Some people use this type of pad https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ANTI-SQUEAL-SELF-ADHESIVE-BRAKE-PAD-SHIMS-NOISE-REDUCTION-X-4-100x40MM/183522126173
  19. Yes but they are only any good for a car with a cage
