  7. are you cranking without plugs to get a good cranking speed? Graham
  8. I discovered my unused Catstart doing some clearing out! Never got around to fitting it. It is very clever and does ign on, off and start all on one button. See here... here £50 ono. Graham
  9. I thought racks worked either RHD OR lhd, you just have to turn them over 😬 Graham gridgway
  10. Sold! Nice to meet you Dan. Graham PS whoops, you didn't take your 1p change!
  11. got that one! Mailed back. Graham
  12. Mail not received Paul. Graham
  13. Dibs awarded. Yes it's a regular Ipod, just stores and displays photos as well as music. These new fangled ones do it all with videos too. The Ipod photo was the first foray away from music. I can dig out a charging lead (ipod clone), but prob not earphones. Graham
  14. used, but works as it did when new. £30. Graham
  15. As it says, really, good nick. £59-99! Graham
  16. A couple of thoughts... number 1...8 bar is surely not right, that is 120 psi, far too much. You must have a guage or pressure problem there. If it's the releif valve, that's an engine build problem. number 2...you are seeing lubrication problems and your previous engine let go with lubrication problems. Is that the same effect from the oil system installation? What common components are there? Hope you get it fixed without too much further cost. Graham
  17. Just beware, there is a downside to the gel batteries. They tend to have lower cranking voltages. So if the ecu is touchy about voltage (such as on the olde worldy R500), they are not as good. I had to ditch my "upgrade" to an Odyssey and "downgrade" back to my banner (all those years ago). Also, many people who put diff physical size batteries in have to do a bodge to keep them in the battery tray. So the joy of adding lighness is destroyed by the engineering poverty of the bodge! Graham
  18. I have some used Matador slicks that I need to get rid of. They were for my Rad Clubsport. They are all used but still useable. I don't know if they will fit a caterham, the rears have a larger rolling radius than the fronts. 5 no. 185/530 R13 2 no. 210/560 R13 Available for collection in Epsom, donation to NTL gratefully accepted! Graham
  19. dunno Johnty, must have been me! Graham
  20. Johnty, have you been drinking again? Graham
  21. re-read the ph thread again. The question is whether all conditions have to be met. Trailer less than 750 in weight and vehicle MAM less than 3500 and combined MAM less than 3500 and vehicle MAM greater than trailer MAM. Graham
  22. Yep, I see what you are saying indeed. What does "a trailer not exceeding 750kg" mean? GRaham
  23. No I am not sure it does help! It says "the MAM of the combination does not exceed 3500kg". If the MAM of the LR is 3500kg, then that in combination with any trailer will have a combined MAM of more that 3500kg. Graham
