  1. I sold a 911 to 911V recently and found it to be a really good selling experience. Very straight guys easy to deal with. Got a price by email and they stuck to it. Drove in and got a lift to the station with a CHAPS receipt. Graham
  2. You'd be too embarrased to put that on your car surely? Admitting you can only rev to 7k :D Bit like the bloke at a Spa trackday who turned up in his porky CGT reg "1 LAP". Coz it was greasy and he didn't listen in the briefing, that's exactly what he did! Sorry to go OT! Have a BTT on me. Graham
  3. well we've bracketed it then...between £3100 and £29.00
  4. Quoting TobyCoulson: ]Have you tried Surrey Scoobies? That'll be my next port of call when I'm back Toby! Graham
  5. Looks like I'll need to advertise the scooby wider when I get back from my travels next week. As I am not a great fan of selling cars, I'd be happy to look at cheeky offers with a 2 at the front if there is a blatchatter who is interested! Cheers Graham
  6. Cheers, thanks Paul. That's pretty daft insurance quote! Graham
  7. Okey dokey, if you can give me a couple of weeks to get the car sold, I'll come back to you about the wheels. Graham
  8. Nope, but how bad can it be?
  9. Quoting Stationary M25 Traveller: We could try blackmail with some piggy photos !! I'm up for that! Graham
  10. Wot, no interest? Just had the front brakes done - decided to do calipers and pads. Also got new MoT. Happy to contemplate offers on this great car! Graham
  11. Sadly my fun (blatchatter owned) subaru has to go. With the addition of another driving Ridgway, I've had to buy a Skoda Fabia of all things. Hardly a fit replacement, but anyway, on with the ad... Price £3100. I have owned it for just about a year (bought from Mark Lane) and it's a fantastic car. It has been faultless in that time. Had one service and now nearly ready for some new front pads. I'll do those before it goes. It's done 93k miles. It's standard and unmolested apart from a scoobysport rear section. I've got the standard one to go with it too (along with a scoobysport front section). It comes with 3 sets of wheels. It's running on standard 17" Subaru wheels. I've got a spare set of gold OZ 18" rims with good tyres for that proper WR look. It's also got a spare set of standard 17" rims with no tyres ready for a set of winter tyres for invincible winter motoring. Pics are here On BC for the time being to keep it in the family (as it were). Graham (here is the ad from when I bought it last year).
  12. Any good for beginners? 😬
  13. Thanks Mike. It wasn't intended to be absolutely period perfect, but it has a real essence of the original and is a complete hooligan to drive! Graham
  14. ...on sale (or return) at Paul Stephens Specialist Cars. here http://www.paul-stephens.com/thumb.php?file=images_cms/large/porsche-911-27-rs-touring-replica_3022.jpg&sizex=600&quality=65&nocache=0 Graham
  15. gorn off PH, has it sold?
  16. Looks very nice. I assume the fuel filler is in the boot? Is it a bag tank? Graham
  17. You could be right, but I suspect it adds up. Screen, stanchions, wipers, motor, washer stuff, doors, hoodsticks, hood.
  18. shame, nice spec for me otherwise!
  19. Quoting NoLimits: Just one of the mono perspex jobs at the moment. Did it have a full screen at some point then?
  20. Is it full screen or aeroscreen Simon? Graham
  21. Looks fantastic. I wonder if he wants a 911 Targa?
