  1. is the SPA video I mentionned above. Edited by - Catastrada on 24 Oct 2011 09:01:49
  2. I've been after a solution for a while to see datas from my AIM (MXL Pista with GPS Module) in my videos (POV VIO 1.5) RaceRender is doing the job perfectly and quite easily. It's in english but it shouldn't be an issue for you guys 😬. (I have no link with this company at all). There is a free version that is enough to test it. The test version limits the video lenght to 3 minutes. I just did some tests with this result . At the moment I'm uploading a video from Spa I just updated with AIM datas. 3. To remove the adhesive I'm using Eau Ecarlate. In France I guess there is a bottle in almost every houses. Allthough it's not sold for that purpose, It's perfect to remove all types of adhesives, whatever the surface (plastic, metal, glas, wood, leather...) without effort, without damage.
  4. On some cars you need to bend the wingstay on others you don't (it's a Caterham...). If you need to bend it, it's really unnoticable. Regarding the wheels I'm selling, YHM.
  5. I have CXR 7x13 ET24 and big brakkes I had to bend a bit the wingstays (very easy job). ET20 should be fine too. (I have 2 complete sets of 4 CXR to sell : 7x13 ET24 and 8,5x13 ET24 - 1 set completely new, 1 set hardly used).
  6. Yep, I know I have 2 nose cones I could sale. One is grey with a black nose band (sticker), in good condition, no crack as far as I remember. The other, currently fitted on my car, is matt black. Has cracks (it touched my trailer). (I already bought a carbon nose cone to fit to my car). I sent you my phone number via blatmail, give me a call if you are interested. Cheers Gilles
  7. I've a B6 with lowered floor and it's fine to me.
  8. Back in march Steve remaped my 2.0 Duratec (Built by Ammo in 2006). Although the map was arleady good, Steve succeded in improving it all over the revs. At the top revs we had 216 hp before the session and 224 when job done. Very pleased.
  9. The cycle wings manufactured by the company who bought RIF's business are high quality and very light. You can have a look at Carbon-Mods too.
  10. Hi Finlay, Motul Gear 300 (75w90) is OK for gearbox and diff. Nevertheless Motul Gear FF (75w140 is a bit better for diff.
  11. Like many others my fuel hose looked bad. One of my best friend had the same issue. As it's part of his business he decided to buy high quaity fuel hoses for us. As he has the machines to place properly the 2 "ends", he cutted our old hoses and remanufactured new ones with the 2 "ends". And then he offered to "renew" this fuel hose to our friends from the french Forum. The procedure was to send him your fuel hose with a cheque of €30, and he send you back the fuel hose with a brand new high quality hose, perfectly fitted. Let me know if you want some more details (maybe it will be a few € more to send it back to UK). Edited by - Catastrada on 3 Feb 2011 15:43:14

  14. I'm after a source to buy Duratec R decals. If someone has the file, it's fine too as I can have them done locally
  15. Race wing stays are dedicated to cycle wing (not csr wing) and are approximatively 20mm lower than the standard wing stays. Edited by - Catastrada on 21 Jan 2011 08:36:07

  19. My Caterham has a Duratec 2.0L 226bhp by Raceco, Emerald ECU, Jenvey TBs, Dry sump, ZF LSD. It's a Track Car only. Very very pleased with the engine, lots of torque and lots of power, very quick car. The car was originally fitted with a 5sp BGH gearbox that broke quite early. One of my freind has the same engine+gearbox and had the same issue with the box. Then a 5sp Straight Cut Quaife gearbox was fitted and for the moment it's just perfect for me. (another friend had a CSR260 race and the CC 6sp gearbox had to be rebuilt at least once a year). Edited by - Catastrada on 6 Jul 2010 17:11:59
