@Dannylt : one of my customer only does industrial treatments for parts in stainlesssteel and parts in alloy.
In 2007, when I bought my R300 (Rover) they treated the exhaust and the result was really amasing.

As my engine was out (gearbox broken) this winter I gave them the exhaust to have the same treatment done. When they removed it from the bath of acid, they saw there was a http://img713.imageshack.us/img713/6681/photobkg.jpg.
The parts that are mat are very thin now and when we installed the engine back in the car last saturday, during the 1st heat primaries and collector were out of order : http://img803.imageshack.us/img803/874/4en1perce.jpg.
That's why I now need to source primaries and 4-1 collector (silencer is from Raceco)...
