Hi rkeywood, That's great info. It has new Spax adjustables with adjustable platforms but no extra link added to the top. I found an old article from LF in 1998 talking about live axle spring rates and that reckoned the front should be 3 times the rear, which is exactly what yours is👍. I'll definitely up the poundage front and back to around the 150/75 as you suggested. Many thanks again cheers Andy

All in very good condition, complete with keys, original boxes etc. 962 Wingbar Kit 135cms £45 754 Footpack £45 1527 Rapid fitting Kit for XF £20 Or £100 for the lot. The wingbars and Footpack are pretty generic to many cars, the 1527 pack makes it fit an XF. Collection from J3 of M3 preferred for Wingbars due length etc, but could post 754/1527 at cost. Comprises of Front 225Lbs 155mm long 2.25" ID Rear 200Lbs main, 250/625Lbs helper. 175mm/100mm 2.25" ID They were supplied by Meteor when I bought some Quantum dampers.
