Me too. C-TEK socket in the cockpit so can connect without the need to remove the bonnet.

but not initially from your headlights... best of luck getting a fix (given the flashers work, I’d discount fuse or relay but look at the main switch as the issue)

That ⬆️ As above, remove the cover, short the switch’s terminals and see how the lights look. If the same, then issue is unlikely to be switch but earth-related. If brighter, then the switch probably isn’t making full contact.

I had an issue with my cam cover gasket. I got a new one from Burton Power (£ << than Caterham) and tightened it thus: All fine post-replacement.

Dave Gemzoe (highly-respected in the 7 community; apart from by one bloke no longer on here, unless under a pseudonym 🤔) did an analysis of various oils and strongly recommends Millers Oils NANODRIVE CFS NT+ Full Synthetic Engine Oil (0w-30 in the case of my Sigma).

I think you mean the PBC but given the cursory nature of when Caterham did mine (their lack of attention to detail led to an IVA fail) you could be right! 🤣
