  1. It may be that the fusebox cover and 12 volt socket were standardised by Caterham at some point after 2012/2014 - I don't know. The fuse box cover was not standard on 2010/2012 age vehicles from new. I don't think that a 12 volt power supply was offered as a new car option from 2014 onwards but I could be wrong - it is certainly not an listed option on the Caterham Cars configurator nowadays, but many people must ask if a 12 volt power supply is included?? SatNav, phone charging, etc. etc. They have been offered as a Parts Department purchase for some years now but Caterham have no stock currently - hence my request. Some people have taken them off to save weight, esp. if they have arranged their own 12 volt supply through the rear bulkhead or from the tunnel area.. I am hoping someone has one in good condition lying around - with or without the 12 volt socket ...
  2. I am looking for a good condition Fuse Box Cover for my RHD 2012 Roadsport SV ...
  3. Dave-Canada-Sir - What an excellent project for young people to learn about business planning, design, sourcing, and manufacture ... !
  4. I have been using the JWM-PS-12 LiFePO4 battery on my Roadsport 150 SV for over 2 years now without any issues. Small, light, very good starting performance (1.6 Sigma). It comes with its own small dedicated charger. Even if the voltage has dropped to 'borderline' (below 13V) if the car has been inactive for several weeks, the JWM charger takes it back to fully charged in no more than 30 minutes. https://jackwebbmotorsport.co.uk/JWM-PS-12-LiFePO4-BATTERY-BUNDLE-p613144558 If you are on an extended journey you can take the charger as it small and lightweight. I have read of the Optimate dedicated Lithium chargers [plus there is now a CTEK dedicated Lithium charger/maintainer as well] , but I have not had need to buy and use one at all.
  5. Does anyone have an SV Stanchion and Brooklands Screens that they would like to sell? Or even an SV Stanchion suitable for Brooklands Screens (but without the Screens)?
  6. Or, keep your phone in your pocket and use a Beeline motorcycle SatNav. For minimal visual intrusion combined with the "at a glance' route directions. This is the original Beeline which I have had for 2 years now, but I have just ordered the new 2024 Beeline (larger screen, extra features etc) ...
  7. Can you tell me more about the SV tonneau cover please? 1 - Is it the type in 2 parts zipped together down the middle? 2 - Is it for standard leather seats with head restraints on? Thanks
  8. There is a pair of S3 standard half doors for sale on eBay currently at this location: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/266733344836? £295 or Offers Considered [I can't vouch for these but I spotted them earlier today]
  9. I like Melbourne - only been once for an exhibition for 3 days (yes - thats right - all that jet lag for only 3 days!).
  10. I have just seen todays Merlin Motorsport information email which announces the new availability of a special 'Merlin Muffler'. How it would fit a Caterham I am not sure, (maybe OK only on a rear exit exhaust??) but I thought that it might be of interest for those that do track days to read about: https://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p/merlin-mild-steel-racing-muffler-m-ex-muff-4
  11. My Momo wheel is the same orientation as Phil G's, but opposite to yours. I am pretty certain that the normal standard from Caterham was the 'warning sign' bolt arrangement (not 'give way'), but either version works (in your case after reversing the U/J) ... [I don't know why my picture loaded upside down, but you get the picture] ...
