  1. The first cars came with the side exhaust, which sounds incredible both loud and pops n crackles....but won't allow you on any circuit! I got redflagged at Silverstone for 113db and I was driving like a granny! But it's OK for Curborough, Santa Pod etc! They then delivered the rear exit exhaust which is much quieter but boring! Takes a smidge of road clearance too. Half an hour to swap, so I tend to use the side exhaust normally and then fit the rear exit for track days.
  2. Don't know why I put this on here! My first ever attempt at a Blatchat on the newfangled website and I managed to put it in the wrong place. D'oh!!
  3. Anybody going to be there? Lots of R300's (Bookatrack day) plus at least one 620R
  4. going from Aylesbury to Anglesey on Thurs if that helps?
  5. Yey! We had a good day there with GoldTrack a couple of weeks ago, Spencer was there in his too. We are at Brands Hatch (International circuit) on Saturday for a play.
  6. Plus my green one, Aylesbury must be Thrust Central baby, yeah!!
  7. For my enlightenment, where do you hitch the towrope to on the front of the car? Is there a towing eye somewhere?

    MY 620R

Well, as my Dad used to say, "it's more about the Red Indian" than the bow and arrow". The car is waay beyond my amateurish capabilities. But I am finding it super quick, predictable, smile-inducing, sublime seq gearbox, simply the best most fun car I have ever driven! But I was overtaken up the inside by a Civic on 3 wheels!

    MY 620R

Yes, that was me, MY 620RR, on my way to Silverstone for a brilliant Goldtrack day. F40, Enzo, P1, CCR, just about everything you would want to see on circuit, plus a load of Radicals that walked past me in the bends! Then up to Donnington on Fri evening for a BookaTrack session in the wet

    Go Pro

Got rid of my Gopro after a year of faffing, flat batteries, malfunctioning remote, glitch software.....
  11. I think we have the "Jon Barnes" set-up. I probably won't be able to tell the difference anyway!
  12. There's so much neggy camber on mine that the wheels are almost horizontal! Gonna get them swapped across soon as they are wearing the inside part of what little tread they have.
  13. The "wing" mirrors on the aero are very wide angle, and give enough rear/side vison. You may find the centre rear view mirror does not add much to the rear view but can block forward visibility particularly NSF corner.

    ZZR Tyres

I love the ZZRs on mine, in the dry. In the wet they are like driving on marbles! There is a ZZS version with more tread, but not quite yet legal, so I suspect I will end up with a set of wheels with those on, to chuck on the car if the weather is looking the slightest bit iffy.
  15. There was a trade stand at the Trockmorton event who do a paddleshift conversion
