Seven Club Limited (“the Club”) is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Privacy Statement (“the Statement”) applies to the Club website and governs data collection and usage. By using the Club website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

This information is used by the Club for the operation of the website, to maintain its quality and to provide general statistics regarding its use.

The Club is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on non-Club websites.
    
2. Use of your Personal Information
   
   2.1.  The Club collects and uses your personal information to operate its website. The Club also uses your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from the Club and its affiliates and external partners. The Club may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
   
   2.2.  The Club does not sell, rent or lease its membership lists to third parties. The Club may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, the Club may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide member support, or arrange for deliveries.    2.4.  The Caterham and Lotus Seven Club takes the protection of its' Members’ data seriously and it should therefore be noted that Individuals may withdraw consent at any time for AR contact and/or Club event/marketing emails. Please contact the Club Office for details.

   3.1.  The Club secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. The Club uses all reasonable endeavours to secure the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

   4.1.  The Club will occasionally update this Privacy Statement and encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how the Club is protecting your information.
