DaveMorris Posted April 28, 2006 Share Posted April 28, 2006 I've got an old heater from an 87/88 de-dion car. Not sure what the differences are between "old type" and "fresh air" type. Unclefester Posted April 28, 2006 Author Share Posted April 28, 2006 Dave, The new type draws fresh air through an extra louvred panel in the bonnet...the original type just recycles the air in the car interior. Have got a couple of pictures of the matrix which looks in good condition to me. I have never had this fitted to the car but am told that it was fine when removed. Dave. I'm in France, and I'm wondering about the best way to recover it....probably best to send it direct here, though I'm thinking maybe combine it with some stuff I need to order from Caterhams, (such as an FIA rollbar.....you don't have one of those for sale by any chance, for a DD long cockpit car?
