Support Team Shaun_E Posted April 24, 2006 Support Team Share Posted April 24, 2006 As I was one of the many who didn't take MOT cert or insurance with me on Sunday, does anyone have the fax number handy or better still an email address that I can send copies to. I presume we have to do this. Yellow SL #

david nelson
It seemed odd to be asked for insurance documents as well as mot. David SL #146 leading the way in a 1.8K
neil.cavanagh
well, I told the guy who checked my docs on sunday that I didn't have insurance cert with me. He said 'oh, thats OK for the championship your running in. We just need it for our own road going sprint championship'. So I think it depends on who checked your docs.... Silver 21
If you are running in a road going class it is quite common for them to ask for insurance and MOT, I always carry them with me to events, just keep a copy with your MSA licence and race suit *thumbup* Graham Lotus 7 Club General Secretary
Adrian Williams
And remember to take them into the signing on hut rather than leaving them in your tow car Graham. 😬 😬 Adrian
Support Team Shaun_E Posted April 24, 2006 Author Support Team Share Posted April 24, 2006 So should I bother sending them on? Nobody complained and I didn't think I needed them for the L7 championship. Will I likely get a black mark against me if I want to compete in their next sprint? neil.cavanagh
Shaun, If you do get 'black balled', just apply in Jill's name, have a shave and put on one of those short skirts you look so fetching in and the jobs a good 'un! 😬 😬
Mark Durrant
Shaun My advice is to comply with the request as they might just remember should you apply to enter Longcross 2 Mark D Comp Sec
