Hi,

I use 115lb on the rear, can't remember the length I'm affraid.

I also use 310lb on the front. I think mine are 9.5" and are too long. I can only just get the flat floor set-up I want with them all the way down on the adjusters. Make a huge difference to the handling. As Nike say "Just do it"

Don't go too hard on the rear as you will find it very hard to drive on bumpy roads as the back will skip about and scare you! It is similar to having the dampers set too hard. I am running Spax adjustables but if buying new I would go for some Avo's with sperical bearings for the bottom mounts on the rear as this allow the damper to work when just one side of the axle is compressed up.

300 on the front, 115 on the rear.

Leada's with rose joint on the rear. Screw the dampers on, when on the track.

Live axle, with double adj wishbone on the front and a stiffer arb.

Don't have the dampers too stiff on the rear when on the road.

I found 300 front 120ish rear good on track, but too harsh at the back on poorish rural roads.

Caterham early De Dion competition springs (265 front, 110 rear) have been a better all round choice.

Front ARB is 1/2" Juno model in Ali mounting blocks, or the Juno adjustable.

I found 19mm gave far to much understeer (but good to balance with the loud pedal in the wet)
