oilyhands Posted January 19, 2002 Share Posted January 19, 2002 Due to some VVC conversions I have a number of VVC exhaust cams in perfect order here which I am about to dump. It occurred to me that these have a better profile than the standard K cams, they have 8 degrees more duration (252/244) and .5mm more ift. These might make a useful upgrade for someone with a non supersport 1.6/1.8K series. Alternatively they could be used for reprofiling stock for anyone with a VVC engine who wants to try a hotter profile on the exhaust cam. If you want to run a pair of these in a normal K with a distributor cap thne you need to push a drill down the end of the cam on the inlet side to accept the rotor arm spigot, otherwise they are identical WRT to geometry. They are free to whoever wants them but must gone within 7 days or they go to the great scrapyard in the sky. Oily Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
