Site Manager
Yup, but it's not us this time, or the ISP, it's the registrar that handles the DNS details for Blatchat. The registrar is joker.com and they've been the victims of 'denial of service' attacks which means that their servers become too busy to hand out ip addresses and it appears that the site is down. This is happening to a huge number of sites at the moment as joker.com is a large registrar. 213-04.com is looked after by a different registrar, so should be ok.
