Jason Plato Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 I changed my cage and found that the superlight FIA boot cover - this is the one for superlights with out provision for the roof bars/ weather gear fits Ok. MikeE Posted March 7, 2006 Share Posted March 7, 2006 When I built my R400 in June 2004 CC were only selling a generic boot cover which was supposed to fit all but was a terrible fit (too deep as I don't have hood sticks - I have an SLR cage ) I had to get it modified to fit nicely.... Rob Walker Posted March 8, 2006 Share Posted March 8, 2006 Mark, Yes had a bad day, unpacked the painted fibre glass for the Seven that I am building and every panel is damaged and will have to be returned then tried to fit the new polished exhaust system and that did not fit. Now struggling with the cage. Trouble is I am loosing enthusiasm for my own car and thats no good. Hopefully things will go better today.
