Mixing ACB10 compounds

I know the ideal sloution is for me to start the season with a nice fresh set of A24 ACB10's all round, but am having some budget issues (how much can you get for a kidney by the way....)

Anyway, at present the car is on 7" A30 compound ACB10's front and 8" A31 on the rear. By my reckoning this gives me a softer front tyre than rear...so if I can't pick up any used A24's as per my wanted add how much of an impact will this current setup have on my times at Longcross and Llandow?
