davidvoas73 Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 Having refitted engine/gearbox after gearbox overhaul, am a little dismayed to find oil leak from bellhousing adjacent to one of the bellhousing/gearbox mounting points. It looks like a 1cm hairline fracture, which I will get repaired .....is this a common fault? and likely to reoccur? Thanks in advance ... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Rob Walker Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 Yep I have known two leak from new both were porous and leaked from the bellhousing to gearbox drillings.
