Harry Flatters
Slim chance I suppose, but my daughter is in need of a v. cheap 2nd hand laptop. It needs to have a CD drive, colour screen, USB and be able to take a PCMCIA network card. Does anyone have anything like this available? *arrowright*Harry Flatters *arrowright* AKA Steve Mell - Surrey AO and Su77on Se7ener Carbon Components from IK9 Composites
Farmer_Terry
If you still haven’t got one, you could try laptopshop.co.uk prices start around £200. Farmer Terry
Mick Day
Steve Have a look here. Often have 2nd hand laptops in stock, but I see thay don't have any at present. However worth filing away as they do brilliant service on repairs. No connection just a satisfied customer. Mick
Tony Whitley
I bought one a few years ago from here in Guildford. £150 upward I see.
Tony Whitley
In fact I still have it if you want a very cheap one: Compaq, no CD but it does have a PC card slot. Battery's 🙆🏻 so it only runs from mains and not much disc - XP might be a problem. Ah, no USB either...
