Al Crickmore
Okay, how much you put up a 2002 1.6 Superlight for if you were selling? Sensible answers only please. Basic SL with 12K on the clock. ?????
Mark Piper
Partex for a 308?... You know that Jennie covets your car don't you?.. Best place to sell it must be the Brighton Run - Sunday 6th November....
Jenson Button
What does 'basic' mean? Paint? Weather gear? Heater? Leather/tillets? Apollo? Dry sump? Shift lights? FIA bar? Carbon wings & nosecone? etc etc... Prob between £15-16k if it has none of the above to £18-19k if it has all of the above. Post more detail of the spec to get a better estimate. robmar
I think eventually superlights which are to 'orginal spec' will eventually become more attractive than modded ones especially those that are aero'd and non painted unfortunatlty I have modded and painted mine ☹️ My MSN Space and Blog - Syndicate Using RSS
Al Crickmore
Well, when I said basic i meant unmolested. Full weather gear, that anti-aeration (sp?) tower thing. Big brakes, wide track, carbon. All the usual SL trimmings. That's about it I think. And no Gary, I'm not going mad yet so no VXs on the Horizon. It's just that I can't afford two decent quick cars and I'm getting VERY bored driving that sodding KA around all the time. Next question then, what to get with the 15-17K for the SL?? Steve Robinson
Have spent a lot of time lately looking for a Superlight (now sorted with a Roadsport A), and almost all that fitted your spec and age were in the £15 to £16k bracket. To get over £16k I think it will need to be absolutely mint. Steve
