Griff
Anybody know the part number, source for a really bright LED for my shift light which is triggered off the Emerald? Do you need a resister in series or parallel with the it? If so, how can I determine what size to use? Cheers..! It's not pink, it's medium red violet... 😬
Westfield
I have a spare VERY bright LED including a mounting. Its 12V so no resistor required and should work with the emerald. Mine is wired into the Stack re counter and works great. Also come with about a meter of wire already connected. It came in a pack of 4 from Halfords for £5.  Send me your address and I will pop it in the post to you  back to work - no time to update the web site!! Griff
Very generous offer - thanks! I've emailed you offline. Never seen LEDs in my local Halfords, mind you they barely know a wheel nut from a steering wheel in there. Cheers. It's not pink, it's medium red violet... 😬

MikeE
Tony Would this work with the oil warning feed from a stack as I won't an external pressure warning light mounted on the top of my cage in my line of sight? R400 Duratec Build and Modification Pictures here
Rob Walker
Ultra brite LEDs from Maplin, they sell 10mm Dia in several colours, yes you will need a series 300 Ohm resistor for 12V. Total cost £1.
