Ital locking /securing wheel nut/or manufactures name

Wanted Ital fixing ? 3/8 UNF locking wheel nut.One wanted as I have lost one They have a metal disc fitting ,covering the wheelnut,I have the cheapo green plastic magnet tool/key fitting used to turn the disc to unlock it from the wheel nut.The number inside the fitting is 7251.On the front of the disc is what looks like a fancy written TF.If anyone knows the manufacture of these locking nuts I would appreciate it.They are fitted to a 1700 supersprint with 4 spoke revolution wheels.Thanks Geoff
