dmt1 Posted December 1, 2001 Share Posted December 1, 2001 hello all,i cannot decide on a R500 rollbar or a FIA bar which will be fitted to a SLR,i prefer the look of the 500 bar but will that mean that i won,t be able to attend certain track days,is it a easy job to change the bar?. Swapping them over isn't a huge job but it does involve jacking the car up and removing your rear coil/damper assemblies. The R500 bar does not conform with MSA guidelines for motorsport.
