PH, you are inviting comment, and though I don't in FS threads because it's generally uninvited and unwelcome, here's my 2p worth. I'm not going to travel to Newcastle and hand over £45 for a secondhand item that I can have nearby, new, guaranteed for 58. Bear in mind that most Blatchatters are in the SE and would no sooner go to Newcastle than Outer Mongolia and I think you may have your explanation.

No, no, er, it's not at all civilised up North at all actually, the SE is much better what with all that traffic congestion, brilliant roads, ironic humour, Government, art critics, congestion charges, french close by, sense of community, open coutryside, affordable housing, water shortgaes and all that. I wish I could live down there, fed up with these pit heaps, bread and dripping etc, sh1t must hide that'll be the rent collector at the door 😬 😬
