robmar Posted September 20, 2005 Share Posted September 20, 2005 In a slightly more light hearted version of the best drives in 2005, how abot a best alternative moments only rule is that they have to be funny/take the pee out of someone, and can't be about yourself 😬 I would like to get the ball rolling with... Paul Dickens brown trouser moment int he paddock at harewood where having turned the engine over (from out of the car) and having forgot it was in first it started to roll down the paddock into some tintops, and Paul hanging on tryign to stop the car (from outside)...luckily no damage done as he managed to get the car turned in time  rob.... Mattj Posted September 20, 2005 Share Posted September 20, 2005 My dad at curborough undertaking a flawless launch and start, only to realise half way through 2nd gear that the bonnet wasnt done up So he does a u-turn by the gate and comes back, nice run mate! In a strange move he then proceeds to cover the edges of the bonnet in duct tape..why?
