You need the front wing brackets which bolt to the inner centre hub stud. Then, of course, the wings.

 

You then need to remove the clamshell wings. And here is the first problem. You will be left with a line of screw holes diagonally down the side skin.

 

However, if you're happy to fill these screw holes with painted screws thay don't look that bad.

 

You should affix a side repeater indicator lamp to the wing but most of us don't bother.

Have you got an 8% steering rack? If not then the cycle wings could hit the body work on full lock. Do a search for "cycle wing conversion" and you'll find some threads covering most of the possible issues.

Phil. Just as matter of interest, why do you want to change 🤔 I know most people have got cycles, but I think flares look great and stand out from the crowd.
