R400 Superlight, October 2003,1 owner, 12,000 miles

Full Caterham service history,

Titanium Silver with bare carbon front wings

Full R400 specification (nothing downgraded) plus:

13-inch anthracite wheels with new spec CR500 tyres

Freestyle pushrod front suspension fitted in July 2005 with new rear shocks and springs to match the fronts (adjustable damping & ride height) all fitted & set-up by Freestyle

Large R500 silencer and cat by-pass pipe (plus catalytic converter)

Heater

Small headlights

Full weather gear – windscreen, hood, doors with armrests

Soft bits for Sevens half hood

Tonneau cover

Hood bag

Carbon interchangeable aeroscreen (currently on the car)

Engine cut-off switch

2 cigarette lighter sockets fitted in passenger knee trim panel

Half doors with armrests (these little suckers do stay on at 140MPH)

Freestyle rear diffuser

Caged Roadsport full cage fitted (windscreen etc still fits) – This really stiffens up the car plus it’s much safer when you are taking your kids out….. OK it’s a little inconvenient but great when you get used to it. FIA roll bar is included and I will re-fit it if required.

 

 

This is a great car, fantastic performance perfect handling and sounds wonderful. It’s an absolute joy to drive and always puts a smile on my face. It’s the right size to fit on a trailer and then in your garage (unlike a lardy SV or CSR!!). Only selling due to a change in circumstances, if I ever get the chance to buy another Seven it would be one of these!
