Fitting FIA rollbar onto Lotus 7, advice please.

I intend to fit an FIA bar but my S2 chassis does not have either the pair of brackets on the vertical rear members or holes, (other than shock tops) in the damper mounting flat plates.

 

If I have to add these now it will not be a problem but after repanelling it will.

 

On a Live axle Caterham does an FIA bar use the standard bar mounts?

 

If so, will copying the live axle Caterham method be the simplest way or is there a recognised alternative for the older chassised among us.

 

Also can anyone recommend a good bar manufacturer, who could incorporate a harness mount bar parrallel to the seat tops?
