Paul Turner Posted November 23, 2001 Share Posted November 23, 2001 Stuck with list 1A tyres in the classes I run in unfortunately, just trying to get any feedback on which is the best. I have used RE720's and was impressed (relative to Falkens) but I will probably need new tyres for next year. Has anyone tried the new Bridgestone SO3. Jason Plato Posted November 23, 2001 Share Posted November 23, 2001 If you are trying to put 200 bhp through 185/60/13 cold , then they are all crap , its just that some are crappier than others . I ran on RE720 last season and they did the job . S02 are the same compound . I would wait for the new blue book to come out ( with your 2002 license ) before purchasing . I ran the 185's with a 160 hp x-flow but I plan to increase the size because the Zetec I have fitted should have more grunt.
