I was compliant last year, inc. the fixed head rest etc. Bit worried as I recall seeing a previous thread talking about sealed boot floors. At the moment I don't even have a boot floor, let alone a sealed one. Recall having to do this to my Academy car FOR CIRCUIT RACING, but it made subsequent access to the diff a bit tricky.
