ben7 Posted August 9, 2005 Share Posted August 9, 2005 OK should point out first of all that I am not profiteering ❗ Unfortunately due in part to a complete rebuild of my k series engine which has used a substantial part of my deposit I am (very reluctantly ☹️) having to cancel my order for my new CSR. I put my name down in late April and decided (surprisingly sensibly) that 260bhp and winter roads was not a good idea so I requested a delivery date of the 1st March next year in time for the new season. This date is fixed due to the early booking of the slot and I have been assured that it will not slip!! I put an initial deposit of £1k down so looking to get my money back. His delivery date *has* slipped... ...it's come *in* by about a month and he expects to receive it sometime around the end of September rather than October!!! Project Scope-Creep is live...
