However, research via Lockheed found that it's the same part as fitted to Vivas 1200 or 1300 of 1970-1973. Bet you can't find any in a scrap yard but if you contact the Viva Owners Club they hold stock for around £40 - email adrian@vivaclub.freeserve.co.uk or phone 01953 498818 (and be prepared for a half hour chat about Vivas!)
