MikeE
I'm experimenting with an airbox for my duratec and rather than speculatively hacking my bonnet around to make an airfilter/box cut out I'd rather get a battered old bonnet to experiment with. Does anyone have something that fits the bill? cheers R400 Duratec Build and Modification Pictures here

Frying Pan
Mike C got rid of his bonnet - I looked after it for a few days until it's new owner picked it up... See some pictures of the build here. 6000 miles completed!
Alan L
I have an old yellow bonnet off a Xflow if that is any good. Bonnet is pretty good bar some minor creases. If you are interested send me an email I'll send some pics when I get home from work this evening. Alan and his Yellow and Green 1700 BDR HPC. MikeE
Guys, Thanks for the responses. I should clarify, I only want the bonnet for the purposes of the experiment (so it can be in an irreparable condition as long as it physically fits), if it transpires the the airbox has the desired effect (i.e reduces the induction drive by noise sufficiently) then I'll modify my existing bonnet and use that. So when I say "cheap" I mean, ahem, close to free 😳 although I'd be happy to make a contribution to NTL cheers R400 Duratec Build and Modification Pictures here
