Casbar Posted November 10, 2001 Share Posted November 10, 2001 Eric, I've just upgraded my xflow to between 155 -160. I have fitted a electric fuel pump. I am running 40's they are ok upto around 160, after that you need 45's. Although no two engines are the same. My engine was bored out to 1700 with forged pistons and a 244 cam. Some have gone to 1800, but I believe you need a different block from the 711M, it is apparently possible to get a 711M block to that size, but its marginal.
