Harry Flatters
I'm just about to ditch the leather dash in favour of a carbon one. Is there a general consensu as to where to put the horn and starter buttons (they are in slightly odd positions in the old dash). Polite suggestions only please! robmar
Steve - caterham tend to fit the starter button left of the steering wheel under the wiper switch ,and the horn to the right under the light switch. I have seen the starter also on the right. see apicture of my dash here rob
Paul McKenzie
The theory seems to be stick the Big Red Button between and below the oil and water gauges - that way, when you spin and stall......you're back into first and started with one hand movement.....suppose it all depends on how much spinning you intend to do. Geoff Johnson
My button is to the right of the wheel, in the little triangle under the main dash. Works for me, but does confuse those who have had the horn there

DCG
Steve, Mine's below and between the gauges the same as Paul's. It seemed the most convenient place, the horn is on the triangle to the right of the dash. Dave.
Dartmoor7
i think it's fun to have it where the passenger can press it. Big shock the first time especialy if you rev it immediately! Jerry Parker L7SVN 1.4 Supersport
