Fast Westie
Try West Wales Rally Spares 01559 363731 they have them on the shelf. I don't think there is a 3.69 though, only 3.54, 3.7, 3.89 The car in front is a Westfie1d wink.gif

Chelspeed
Standard mkII escort came with 3.7 or 3.9 diffs. The RS2000 had a big torquey 2 litre so they fitted a 3.54 diff ratio. That makes the 3.54 much rarer and so more expensive second hand. Should be shed loads of 3.7's around in the scrappies.
cdg
Until the advent of all these bike engined Sevens you couldn't give a 3.54 Diff away. Nobody wanted them as they were a real hindrance to spirited acceleration, and far too high for a competition/fast road car. However, beacause bike engined cars have such incredibly low overall gearing the 3.54 is now being snapped up at serious money. People like Stuart-Taylor will take every single one they can find, which leaves eveyone else struggling. So Colin I would take that diff from Steve before someone else does! Chris. Paul Turner
All Mk 2 1600's (L's, GL's, Ghias, Sports, Harriers) came with a 3.54 as standard but Mk 2's now seem to be rare in scrapyards The last time I wanted a x-flow rocker assembly to salvage the rockers it took many phone calls and at least 2 wasted trips (Fiesta rockers are not the same). Try Steve Perks at SPC on 01527 894232. Paul
