Anton
Just spent six days all over Cornwall, saw MGBs, Marlins, old MGs, a Noble, several Moggies, but not a single Seven! Did the same last year, in August - didn't see one then, either. ☹️ Where do you guys hide out? Or are we so thin on the ground in Cornwall that the chances of meeting are several thousand to one??????
Gee Whizz
west london --> berkshire --> surrey is loaded with them... out at the weekend saw too many to post!
Anton
I've noticed a few in the home counties, but they do seem to be rare in the West Country, Wales and Suffolk, where my last few holidays have been............
susser
Anton Know what you mean. Just spent some time in the New Forest. Saw some lovely motors but no sevens or similar. What with the sheep, ponies and 40 limits ( enforced by the sheep and ponies ) I guess it's just not blatty country. Nice and picturesque for a bit of a bimble though. Mark Ferguson
Hi Anton, we have a few members in Cornwall & a few more in the Devon area but nowhere near as many as you guys have in the South East area. Most we have ever had at a meet is 9 that i can recall since being a member but it is a big area to cover. It would be nice to have a few more here but thats life. Anton
Fergie Perhaps before I go down that way again I'll post it on Blatchat - and maybe make that number 10?
Mark Ferguson
Hi Anton, that would be good. 1st wed of every month during summer, between april & sept/oct. would be good to see some "7"' s from other areas, we have the Somerset guys come down from time to time which is good. See u soon. Fergie
